Top Sporting Hounour for Louisa

Congratulations to Club swimmer Louisa Eames on winning the Disabled Sportswoman award at the BBC South Sports Awards 2005. The glittering event held at Southampton, was filmed for BBC South as well as receiving coverage on BBC Southern Counties Radio and BBC Radio Solent.

The award is reward for all the hard work and commitment Louisa has given to the sport.

Well done Louisa.

Sea Swim

The Annual Sea Swim took place on Sunday 10^th July at 2:45pm. Mayor of Worthing, Nick John, started the race off and presented the prizes afterwards.

The Women’s race was won by Jade Tate for the 2^nd year running in a time of 5:43, the men’s race was won by Chris Luesley in a time of 8:48. The full result is as follows:
